1. Shipping Areas
We currently ship frozen pastries only within the contiguous United States. We do not yet ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.
2. Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery
We use reputable carriers experienced in handling perishable goods. Delivery times may vary based on your location, weather, and carrier capacity. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.
4. Frozen Product Handling
All frozen pastries are shipped using insulated packaging and cooling materials to preserve freshness. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order and promptly store it in a freezer upon delivery. Pates Plus Inc. is not responsible for product quality issues resulting from unattended or delayed deliveries.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, delivery location, and carrier rates. We occasionally offer promotional free shipping or discounts, which will be clearly displayed on our website when applicable.
6. Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or thawed due to carrier delay, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at bonjour@patesplusbakery.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. We will review and, if applicable, offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.
7. Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure
Please double-check your address before placing an order. Pates Plus Inc. is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.
8. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our frozen products, we do not accept returns once the product has shipped. Refunds or replacements are only provided in cases of confirmed damage, spoilage, or incorrect product delivery, as outlined above.
9. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please email us immediately at bonjour@patesplusbakery.com. Orders can only be cancelled before they have shipped. Once the order has left our facility, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
10. Order Tracking
Customers receive an email with tracking details once an order has shipped. Please monitor your shipment and be available to receive it upon arrival to ensure product quality.
