2. Orders and Contract Formation
Orders are placed through our website. You will receive an order confirmation email once payment has been processed. This confirmation constitutes acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders at our discretion (e.g., if a product is unavailable, payment fails, or fraudulent activity is suspected).

3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Payments must be completed before order shipment.

4. Product Availability and Shipping
We currently ship frozen pastries only within the contiguous United States. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by region and carrier availability. Pates Plus Inc. is not responsible for delays beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, carrier delays, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

5. Risk of Loss and Title
Ownership and risk of loss transfer to you once the order is delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.

6. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds
Because our products are perishable, we cannot accept returns once an order has shipped. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or spoiled, please contact us at bonjour@patesplusbakery.com within 24 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We may, at our discretion, issue a replacement or refund.

7. Allergens and Food Safety
Our products are made using ingredients that may contain or come into contact with allergens such as wheat, eggs, milk, nuts, or soy. Customers are responsible for reviewing product ingredients and allergen information before consumption. Pates Plus Inc. is not liable for allergic reactions or adverse effects resulting from product consumption.

All website content, including text, images, logos, and packaging design, is the property of Pates Plus Inc. and may not be used, copied, or distributed without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pates Plus Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
